It helps if you tell us your device, its system version and the litschi version (in the app under Settings).
Restore litschi Pro on a new phone
Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account you bought litschi Pro with. Then open litschi → Settings → Restore purchases.
Cancel your subscription
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends:
- iPhone: in litschi, open Settings → Manage subscription. Or open the Settings app → your name → Subscriptions → litschi.
- Android: open Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → litschi.
Ask for a refund
Apple and Google handle payments, so they also decide on refunds:

Your data
litschi has no accounts. What we process, and how to use your rights, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
