Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

The litschi app is provided by Tap Convert Kft., Révay köz 4., 1065 Budapest, Hungary (“we”). These terms apply to your use of the app and of litschi Pro.

If you downloaded litschi from the Apple App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Where these terms say something different, these terms apply between you and us.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use litschi. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, especially before buying a subscription.

3. The app

litschi offers question cards for conversations with friends, partners and groups. Some decks are free, others need litschi Pro. We may add, change or remove decks and features, as long as the core of what you paid for remains available during a paid subscription period.

The questions are invitations, not tasks. Nobody has to answer, and passing is always fine. Please play respectfully, and don't use litschi to pressure, embarrass or harm anyone.

4. litschi Pro subscriptions

• You buy litschi Pro through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The store processes the payment, and its terms for payment, billing and refunds apply.
• The price and the billing period are shown in the app before you buy.
• A subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• If an offer includes a free trial, the paid subscription starts when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
• You cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. See Support for the steps.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
• If we change the price of a subscription, the store tells you in advance and, where the law requires it, asks for your agreement.

5. Rights to the content

The app, its design and the question cards are protected by copyright and belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, publish or sell the card content, in whole or in large parts, or use it to build another product.

6. Availability

We work to keep litschi running smoothly, but we can't guarantee that it is available at all times or free of errors. Most of the app also works offline.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever mandatory law requires it. For slight negligence, we are liable only if we breach an obligation that is essential to the contract, and then only for the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we add features or the law changes. We'll tell you about significant changes in the app before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using litschi and cancel your subscription.

9. Applicable law

Hungarian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
